The Grief No One Talks About After Cancer

You heard the words, 'you have cancer,' and in that instant, your world split into a 'before' and an 'after.

Whether you’re in the thick of treatment, navigating a stage 4 diagnosis, or are years into survivorship, there is a silent, invisible weight you carry. It’s the grief for the life you knew. The grief for the body you trusted. The grief for the future you had planned. This is the grief no one prepares you for.

There’s a silent, invisible weight you carry now. It’s the grief for the person you were before your diagnosis. The grief for the body you trusted. The grief for the relationships that buckled under the strain. This is the grief no one talks about. They don't have a pink ribbon for it.

If you feel lost, broken, or like you're faking your way through a "normal" life you no longer recognize, I want you to hear this loud and clear: you’re not broken, and you’re alone. This experience is real, it's valid, and acknowledging it is the single most important step toward designing a life that truly feels like your own.

Ignoring this grief is like trying to build a new house on a shaky foundation. It doesn't work. To build what's next, you have to honor what was lost. You have to learn how to carry the weight of it without letting it crush you.

I know you can do this. I've seen it.

I’d like to invite you to an event we’re hosting on October 1st that’s going to offer you clarity and relief.

Introducing: From Grief to Growth: A Session on Navigating Life After Cancer

I love this session because we are finally giving a name to the unspoken pain of survivorship. We are creating a space that is 100% dedicated to you and your experience, free of judgment or toxic positivity. I think you’ll love it because of the huge relief that comes from finally being understood.

This isn't just a talk. This is a session where you'll get be able to get direct, personal feedback from me, my co-coach Candice, and our expert guest, Grief Coach Carol Banens. You’ll discover how useful it is when you walk away feeling lighter and more clear-headed.

This is for the cancer warrior, survivor, or stage 4 warrior who is tired of pretending. It’s for you if you feel disconnected from yourself and your life and you're ready to start finding your way forward.

Come sit with us. We’re holding this space for you. It's free, it's virtual, and it might just be the conversation that changes everything.
